Heavy Weapon Squad

The Heavy Weapons Squads of the Imperial Guard are armed with a heavy bolter that can unleash devastating fire upon the enemy. They can be equipped with a lascannon or autocannon as well, allowing them to deal heavy damage to infantry and vehicles alike.

Refractor Field

The squad carries a refractor field emitter, activated when they set up. When the field is active, the squad cannot be suppressed. The lead model takes 50% less ranged damage and is immune to knockback. Passive ability, requires the Refractor Field Upgrade.

Repair

Repair an allied vehicle or building for 10 health per second. Cooldown 5 seconds.

Lascannon  | T2

Upgrade the squad with a lascannon to replace the heavy bolter, which is effective against vehicles. 41.25 armor piercing DPS, 165 damage per shot.

Autocannon  | T2

Adds an autocannon to the squad in place of the heavy bolter, granting increased range and damage to all target types, but lacking suppression. 34 explosive DPS.
