You need to renew the SSL with your hosting, they should be able to issue you a new one for a fee. It's possible whoever manages this domain might need to activate it.

If you don't know who owns/manages this domain then you might consider migrating the content to a new domain and hosting since there's no telling when it could just go down if the owner decides to stop paying for it. It appears that the domain was renewed for at least another year though.
If it's just that you don't know how to activate an SSL certificate, it's really easy. Most hosting services allow you to do it at the click of a button if you purchase it through them. If you purchase a (legitimate) SSL elsewhere then it's still pretty easy.
