- If prizes are donated, below rules will apply.
- The prize pool for each MTT is provided in each MTT registration thread.
- The prize pool for each LST is provided in each LST registration thread.
- The prize pool is shared between MTT and LST.

1/ Prize Money Donation Procedure
- Only Euro donations are accepted.

Step 1> Decide how you wish to distribute your donation.
- There are two methods available.
1) Centralized Distribution Method
- Donors who choose this method need to send Euro to rlaqpvnf@gmail.com via PayPal.
- The organizer distributes the cash prize to applicable players after the tournament.
Pros
- The donor do not need to spend his or her time distributing prize money to each applicable players via PayPal after the tournament.
Cons
- When using this method, transaction cost has to be paid twice in total. It will be paid when you send it to the organizer via PayPal and when the player receives the prize money via PayPal.

2) Direct Hand Over Method
- Donors who choose this method need to send a message to Impregnable directly either on Steam or Discord.

- Donors who choose this method will be contacted again after the tournament by the organizer to send cash prize directly to applicable players via PayPal.
Pros
- Transaction cost only needs to be paid once.
Cons
- The donor need to spend his or her time distributing prize money to each applicable players via PayPal after the tournament.
- Sometimes, the donor has to send money to two or more players via PayPal and in the process, is required to pay separate transaction cost for each payment.

Step 2> Decide whether you want to Entrust your donation.
- Entrusting the donation means the donor is allowing the organizer to decide below decisions.
- Not Entrusting means the donor gets to decide below decisions.
1) Deciding which tournament to commit donated cash and how much cash to commit for each tournament
2) Deciding minimum participation level for granting the prize

- If you do not wish to Entrust your donation, send a message to Impregnable directly either on Steam or Discord. If you do not send a message, the donated cash prize will be considered ENTRUSTED.

- If you wish to Entrust your donation, there is no need to send a message.

Step 3> Lastly, decide whether you want to stay anonymous.
- If you wish to stay anonymous, send a message to Impregnable directly either on Steam or Discord. If you do not send a message, your name will be posted in the sign up page.
- You can also ask to put donation under an alias of your choosing.

2/ Steam Game Donation Procedure
Step 1> Send a message to Impregnable directly either on Steam or Discord.

Step 2> Once contacted, donors will be asked following questions.
1) Do you wish to stay anonymous?

2) Do you wish to Entrust your donation?
- Entrusting the donation means the donor is allowing the organizer to decide below decisions.
- Not Entrusting means the donor gets to decide below decisions.
  • Deciding which tournament to commit donated Steam games and how many to commit for each tournament.
  • Deciding minimum participation level for granting the prize.
3) How many games do you want to donate and in what form?
- It is also possible for the donor to allow players to decide which game they wish to receive.
Example) Allow applicable players to pick a game that is on sale on either Steam or humbles that is less than or equal to 5 dollars.
- Can be given in form of a Steam key.
- Can be given in form of a Steam gift card.

Step 3> Donors are contacted again by the organizer via Steam or Discord after the tournament for transferring of Steam games.
- Donors who decided not to Entrust their donations will be asked to decide on two aforementioned decisions.

3/ Distribution Method for MTT
- Players are required to make their choice within 3 days from the end of the tournament.
- The prize pool for each MTT consist of below rights.
  • The right to take half of the cash prize(x2)
  • The right to take 1 Steam game(x2)
- Division A champion team takes prizes first.
- Each member of Division A champion team can choose to receive either 50% of the cash prize pool in Euro or 1 Steam Game.
- After Division A champion team members make their choices, members of Division B champion team pick from remaining options.
- If there are still remaining prizes left, Division C champion team members can pick from remaining options.

1) Limitations due to Prize Pool
- 4 of above mentioned rights can be reduced in number or amount or not provided at all depending on how many and what prizes are available.
- The amount of cash provided in half of the cash prize right can be reduced if there is not enough cash available in the prize pool.
- It is entirely possible that no cash is available as a prize. In this case, there will only be Steam game rights limiting available rights to two.
- Similar thing can happen to Steam games.
- If there is only one Steam game available in the prize pool, only one Steam game right is provided.
- If there are no Steam game available in the prize pool, there will be no Steam game right to take from.

2) Other Limitations
- Reserves who could not or did not participate in the first set of semifinals for the team they got assigned to, cannot receive tournament prizes.
- When team members want the same prize and they cannot solve the dispute, no prize is granted to either of them.

3) Cash
- Cash prizes are granted through PayPal.
- A part of the cash prize will be lost due to transaction fee when choosing to receive cash prize.
- Cash prizes can be received in other currencies but it will incur currency exchange loss/gain.
- Bear in mind that exchange rate may vary greatly depending on when the organizer exchange the currency.

4) Steam Game
- Steam Games are usually granted via either providing Steam activation key or gifting the game through Steam.
- Steam gift cards are granted via gifting through Steam.

4/ Distribution Method for LST
- Players are required to make their choice within 3 days from the end of the tournament.

1) Cash Pool Only Scenario
1st - 70% of the cash prize pool
2nd - 20% of the cash prize pool
3rd - 10% of the cash prize pool
- By default, each player will receive the cash prize in Euro via PayPal.
- Cash prizes can be received in other currencies but it will incur currency exchange loss/gain.
- Bear in mind that exchange rate may vary greatly depending on when the organizer exchange the currency.

2) Steam Game Only Scenario
- Top 3 players will each pick a game starting from the 1st player ending with the 3rd player.

3) Cash + Steam Game Scenario
1st - 60% of the cash prize pool or 1 Steam Game
2nd - 30% of the cash prize pool or 1 Steam Game
3rd - 10% of the cash prize pool or 1 Steam Game
- When two or more players want the same Steam game, the player with the higher placement is given the priority.
