Is there a way to take the plague cloud from the plague marines animation and add it to an item? Because i would love to have it added to a weapon for my Chaos sub commander to get him a bit more of a "disease filled marine" feel. Because atm the flies and the cloud animation on the plague marines and the PC is inserted to their animation.
The sub commander is a Plague Terminator (the name could use some work) using a model that was designed with Typhus in mind.

Atm just a very slow (4 speed atm) tanky subcommander with a long melee charge (but slow still since the charge only increases his speed to 5.5) that creates zombies we he kills something in melee similar to the PC power sword. He wields a man-reaper sythe and no range weapon.
He has an ability where he hits the ground staining the it with a concentrated sicknesses-filled mucus (to be imaginative)doing damage to any unit that don't have the plague marines unit type. The ground remains stained for 8 seconds doing damage over time to all infantry units but increases HP regen to units with the Plague Marine unit type.
He has an upgrade that gives him an additional ability that passively increases his Hp regen slightly with each percentage of hp lost. It also gives him another ability that once he take enough damage he does weapon KB around him (no damage) and increases his HP regen rapidly.
He has the icon of Nurgle upgrade. Works just like the PC's but smaller AoE and less damage.
He has three additional passives. One is that he can be revived if done so 60 seconds after he goes down. Nurgle reclaims his faithful after 60 seconds. And he can revive heroes but gets no XP and the revive only gives the revived hero 10% of their HP. The last works similarly to hall the Plague Marine units, if you get to close you get a movement speed debuff.
I would assume Blightlord Terminator would fit the description. Unless someone give me the psychic powers for the Death Guard from the newish codex. Might be able to make something for him that make him a bit more unique since he is a bit generic.
p.s The reviving is something all sub commanders have in common the mod since heroes are less powerful.

Death Guard psychic powers
MIASMA OF PESTILENCE: As the psyker chants in a phlegmchoked drone, a dark cloud of filth and Rot Flies shrouds his allies from view.
GIFT OF CONTAGION: With a gesture the psyker gathers a foul fog of contagion about his enemies, granting them Grandfather Nurgle’s choicest blessing.
PLAGUE WIND: The psyker belches forth a wind of plague that blows through his foes, choking them and leaving only diseased, maggot-bloated corpses in its wake.
BLADES OF PUTREFACTION: As the psyker draws forth more of Nurgle’s power, the blades of his allies begin to rust and secrete lethal fluids.

I think miasma of Pestilence, the Curse of the Leper and the Gift of Contagion will be the powers i use.
Miasma of Pestilence: Targets a unit, that unit has a 20% chance to dodge range attacks. Lasts for 8 second.
Curse of the Leper: Target a infantry unit under 40% hp. That units slowly take 15 piercing damage per second and has their Hp regeneration halted for 5 seconds.
Gift of Contagion: Target an enemy infantry unit. When one of the model dies they explodes suppressing themselves and healing nearby enemies (so the Blightlord Terminator)
