No it's not. It's a completely different company. Just "borrowing" the name as it has many of the IP's previously owned by THQ.

They absorbed a lot of the staff, internationally. Bit more than just in-name, though obviously the power of the brand isn't to be underestimated.

Not that they'd magically make a DoW product you folk wouldn't criticise :)
