The Codex WIP

All right guys, some of the Codex is done (although definitely still a WIP) and I could use some help finding errors in it, since I've inevitably screwed something up.

Anything you see that's wrong, whether it's an incorrect picture, wrong description, number, something missing, etc., post it here. If you're right, I'll change it. If not...well then I won't, obviously. And you'll get to learn ;)

Space Marines are mostly done. Updated to 2.5

For Apothecary just replace all mentions of "Master Crafted Bolter" with "Customized Storm Bolter" Dunno if you wanna swap pictures with that too.

For Techmarine, I think Bionice gives +10% melee damage too? Would need a third opinion here.

For FC, Does For the Emperor boost all damage or just ranged damage? Again, third opinion.

As a side note wow does the Sanguine Chainsword really cost more than the Anointed Power Axe? O.o

Anyway, that's all I saw whilling skimming SM. Thanks for actually putting this together for us!

I could have sworn bionics gave a 10% damage increase to melee

Went back to check again, and it actually does, sorry about that. I wasn't looking in the right place. :P

It increases it by 15%

Vanguard Veteran "Lightning Claw" is 40 dps power melee, not 45.

No, it's 45. Not sure where you're getting 40.

In-game tooltip says it is 40.

The raptor AC has a different weapon I think.

The curse of tzeentch ability needs to get updated; it still says its explosion deals a flat amount of piercing damage rather than the 15% (?) of the squads Maximum Health.

Good work though windu keep it up!

Used to be 40, was buffed a few months ago, tooltip just wasnt updated.

Btw, whoever did the ork tooltips deserves a round of applause. Good show!

Very cool!

Would it be possible to get the ranges of abilities, too? Some of them like the TM's high powered shot and mark target do not have ranges.

I noticed this for the asm blind nade

Blind Grenade

20

Blind all enemies inside a building, disabling their ranged weapons for 10 seconds. Range 22, cooldown 30 seconds.


can you add in the effect it does to turrets? I am pretty sure it decreases the range of the weapon firing or firing at all. Similar to smoke shell effect of artillery spotters

Added links on the main Codex page for the weapons, damage types, and a glossary Lulgrim started at some point. So you don't have to go to dow.wikia for that stuff any more :p

Would any beginners want the glossary filled out? Or anyone, I guess. I know I had a lot of trouble figuring out acronyms when I started reading the forums.

Added Vindicare Assassin, so all GK units are on there; no stats, cost or leveling tabs for it at the moment.

Nid heroes are up, no stats or leveling tabs. And don't worry about the ravener's weapon page...
