Balance Issues Across the board

Chaos
-------
Plague Marines in conjuction with Chaos Lord Global- Blood Sacrifice- Simply put the combination just makes melee negligent. you have anti- melee with on death exlplosions, plus a walking snaring av unit, which will then harder counter the only units capable of countering them which are melee units. Then it doesn't even take in pop cap, so if you are at full, for a few moments you have the ability to go over the pop cap which no other faction can do and just outright win engagements.

Chaos Terminators
-they shouldn't be so well rounded in comparison to normal terminators which are just infantry killers. with the autocannon you literally counter vehicles so hard its just plain stupid

The Land Raider Phobus
-its neough that this super heavy is the best in the game with its long ranged 2x l.c. with a twin linked heavy bolter, but now it also counters the only counter to them which is melee units because of its dirge caster ability? like what sense does this make

Tyranids
----------
-they are just too cost efficient. i mean bleed was there only cruch yet somehow people decided to give them a guardsman ability which literally makes bleed negligent a factor on a faction that already will always have map control because they are the fastest in the game.

Genestealers- are just way too cost efficient in melee now, I mean I love them, but there is like no melee counter to them whatsoever bloodletters struggle, nobs struggle. i mean nobs yes. that's crazy,

OM

the eversor assassin is just straight up broken. charge, on deand explosion which could wipe a squad which makes his death totally worth it. a.o.e, a.v. snare. and he's a combat monster. I mean wtf were you thinking with this guy? he can't have absolutely everything.

Rhino- now that OM has av can we please remove the lascannon, because right now there t2 is straight up retarded. I mean from 2x purgations, to a lascannon turreted transport with a snaring commander and an a.v. specialist sub commander I mean, they literally have av everywhere now where as before it was no where. Hell, they don't even lack the t3 traditional tank option. we need to seriously recosnider there A.V. Potential.

Eldar
------
Rangers- unless being taken in pairs are absolute crap, but if they are taken in pairs and supported with a set up team completely broken, seriously we make need to consider a new role for this unit. either they are undervalued, or over valued, and nothing in between.

IG
---
-I.G. just straight up suck in almost every regards except for when guardsman somehow find themselves fully kitted out, or a leman hits the field, Ogryns are literally negligent because they do not contest anything in t2 that would be there counterpart.

Orks
------
Warboss- is unplayable - his shoota upgraded grants almost no damage buff, he's slow as hell, is supressable unlike other tanky commanders that exist in the game which would help him immensly, and finally, has no shield unlike other starting tanky commanders which places him at an outright disadvantage from the start of the game, nor does he have any life steal which would probably be really sufficient in helping his staying prowess. right now, its like playing a nerfed tanky hero.

Lootas are straight up worthless, they have a great gun but no follow up because hey have no snare. there is literally no point in having this unit in the game right now.

Deff Dread- is overcosted as hell, I understand why people wanted to reduce the immediate gen bash potential but now you have a dreadnought costed when fully kitted out deffdread with no where close to the same capabilities and less health, its simply stupid to think just giving a cost increase would balance out the situation. simply put, give the deff dread a purchasable upgrade to make it better at melee, because right now it lilterally is worthless given how much av is in the game a.t.m.

Nobs are underwhelming given all the power creep which has come about from other units having buffs but nobs having nerfs

I'll just limit myself to Chaos and Om in terms of balance.
Bloodsacrificing PM isn't very much worth in the long run, unless you find a perfect situation to do so. Better to kill a 12 req heretic model instead of 75 req and 7 power PM model. Land Raider Phobos isn't the strongest Super Elite unit, it's very far from being good. His purpose is to serve as giant anti-vehicle thing, not anti-infantry. Dirge Casters are his only line of defence from heavy melee units like nobs. Chaos Terminators first are t3 units, have the lowest amount of HP across all terminator units, so them having an autocannon which can serve both as soft-av and good anti-infantry is pretty much fine.

Eversor isn't broken, his globals are just bonkers and several wargears. Unarmed Eversor will lose to every melee dedicated hero. And no, hero deaths in 1v1 aren't worth it at all, unless in his case it's biomeltdown death which can wipe the entire army, but even then he must linger for a longer while to deal enough damage to kill.
Lasrhino isn't broken too, it's a very soft av. 100 dmg iirc. That's enough to only counter other transports or light vehicles. He dies to any dedicated av and is kinda slow.
