Now that Webway gates cost 75, their build time should be reduced again. The build time is so long, that most of the time it is spotted during construction and then loosing 75 red just like that is painful.
Also I think far sight is too spamable. Cooldown should be increased to 90 seconds, since the cooldown is shorter than duration. 60 second duration is also a bit too long. Should be reduced to 40.

Wouldn't mind if gates went back to their original build time but I don't think it's an issue either way, same for farsight.

Farsight having a longer duration than cooldown is no big deal considering it costs resources.
It's not a very commonly used ability anyway since most players float red like mad.

Agreed on gate build time. IIRC the build time was increased a few patches back, when the red cost was reduced to 50. Now that it has gone back up, the build time could be reverted or at least decreased (and being able to "carry" 7 units is a pretty minor buff, unless your units would also be able to exit in quicker succession). I just got back to playing a few days ago, but I definitely tend to favor autarchs over gates now (though partly because autarchs are so much fun - until you look away for half a second and they die).
35 red cost isn't realistically spammable, unless you never want any webway gates, autarchs or eldritch storms. Cooldown could go up to match the duration without hurting the global too much, but further nerfs should warrant a cost decrease.

Wow holy, did you really remember this all the way from 2.2? I wasn't even playing this game when that was out iirc.

I remembered that the build time was shorter before and did a quick search on the forums. Was also surprised that it was so long ago.

Whatever, it's added in! As Ace said, I think this is more quality of life but it's easy enough to add in to a hotfix.
