We should give apo his apa back

Too much nerfs to sm and buffs to om make even apo's sanguine useless on t1 vs OM, also om got soooooooo much energy drain functions from the very beginning

Also - watch this shit - https://dawnofwar.info/esl/match/57505381 - TM CANT FIRE HPS on the way strikes move to lascannon. like 3-4 secs? Can we fuckin give TM faster turnrate when he uses High powered shot?
