Some unfair stuff

Eldar Fortune armor casted on walker or T3 demons and so is total shit =- 30% reduction on AV damage? are u serious? and there is repair squads (2 guradians) =- completely negating any heavy AV setup.
I think fortune armor should be infantry-only. oR gimme gate of infinity on vechicles!

There are much more unfair stuff regarding Eldar that is more impactful, yet will never be touched on despite a large vocal majority, including top players, deliberating over.
As for the reason, it should be pretty simple to decipher.
Just gotta live with it and play better to overcome your already disadvantaged start when you see the enemy pick Eldar.
