for the first edition of DoWII Elite Monthly Rumble Tournament!

In order to register, type the following:

- Your steam profile name (eg. Eerie)
- Three commanders you're going to use in the tournament (eg. Commissar Lord, Chaos Sorcerer and Warboss)
