Saw this in a game last night and tested it to confirm.
I don't think it's intentional.
The plague champion has a detection radius larger than just bumping into him. Might be on par with original sentinel detection.

Things that stick out a bit usually are intended by Relic it seems, in an effort to differentiate things a little - like the Farseer having increased sight range iirc. Not sure why a PC would get it though....
Will add it to the list to see if Caeltos thinks it's a problem.

It seems the Plague Champion's default aura entity thing has a keen sight radius of 15. I thought it was just for his Nurgly animations, but I guess not.

This thing was present before 2.3 but when you press the keybind for "...They shall know no fear!" ability, which is T by default, it causes conflict with the Venguard upgrade, because the keybind is also T.

If you'd like, you can fix hotkey problems like that yourself. Go into the game folder called settings? I think in the same directory as playback files. Open the key defaults file in notepad and edit the keys. Then save the file with the _ before it.

suggest a replacement key and state whether it is with or without gridkeys.

Thanks for the responses so far, but the filekeydefaults.lua doesn't show all the things implemented with Elite, such as the Sternguard upgrade. I play without gridkeys and would like to only change the keybind for the Sternguard's, not the ability "They shall know no fear".
If nothing is possible to do without getting it changed by a patch, I'll be force to change the keybind for the ability instead, of course.

My Vindicare Assassin literally refused to retreat for a good 10-15 seconds in a game I had yesterday, preferring instead to just stand there and adjust the scope on his rifle. The retreat ! thingy was over his head but he refused to take orders and I assume that he would have taken additional melee damage/reduced ranged damage (not sure about this cuz my opponent was a good sport and didn't take the opportunity to attack him).
I had this happen once in beta 8 or 9 or something, but I guess it's back? Or was so rare that it almost never happened?

This is something that can happen to more units than just the VA.

So it's like the "berserk/uncontrollable walker" bug that just randomly happens?
I tried mashing the stop button and the retreat button, is there any way of cancelling stuff like that?

Similar thing happened when I retreated a Loota squad ona set of stairs, they just refused to retreat, I was hammering x (and yes I checked, I was actually pressing x) yet they stood there and died as they were swamped.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

That's because they are using Techmarine's melta gun, with his effects. Chaos don't have a meltagun weapon except the melta pistol.

The Commissar Lord's Loyal to the End global seems to have infinite duration (or at least several minutes long). The duration of the hp/damage buff from a model dying works correctly, but the LttE buff itself seems to last forever.

What does this mean? What is the LttE buff itself other than the hp/damage buff...? Are you on about the graphic?

I mean if you use LttE on a squad, then wait 5 minutes (or however long you want) and kill a model, the squad will have the damage/hp buff applied even though LttE should have expired.

If a Inquisitor turns while doing Hammer of the Witches (target runs past him etc) the ability will fail while still wasting the energy, cooldown and casting time.

It happens with all abilities of that type. It was improved in the latest build but I'm not sure if it can be made to have a limitless usage angle.

A small thing.
The "box" for the model for the Tyranids Generator is really tall respect the model itself.
When units shot at it, quite often the bullets are been shot in the empty area above it.
It looks bad.

A Commissar Lord equipped with carapace armor occasionally will use the energy to execute a model but the buff is never applied to the squad. The squad can still retreat and doesn't get a damage buff, but the energy is still used.

Was using the lictor alpha the ever day and i was unable to attack or attack move with him. I had the war-gear toxic miasma and the tier 1 upgrade that increases his health and energy re-gen (adrenal glands i think) i fixed it by sending him to die and i think this fixed the bug but still pretty weird all the same. DJ Raffa had this problem in a cast so i guess im not the only 1 who had this problem any ideas?.
Also Dark heretics warlock went down in a game possible in the middle of using eterral (cant spell it) slash and when he purchased the warlock back he was still lying down but was able to attack (looked hilarious but freaky especially when he did his leap into combat lying down) and move with the model still looking like it was down. i think he was killed again and was fine but still a weird bug all the same

Superhooper, when this thing happens u have just too use flesh hook. The bug is caused because he couldnt flesh and then he cannot attak.

First off, Eldar Generators are too small. Plz fix
Also, when the Techmarine buys Bionics, and then Signum Armor, he keeps both abilities.
