Errors with Skins including Lore Errors

Note for Space Marines I am going with colours follow the codex astartes

Errors I found:
The Imperial Fists Elite Skins do not have their battlefield roles marked on their right shoulderpad.
Imperial Fists Sergeants should have red helmets,
Blood Angels Elite skins have their battlefield role marked on the right shoulder while lorewise they should have their company markings (I believe the poster boys for Blood Angels have a yellow tear drop icon).
Blood Angels Elite skin sergeants dont have their correct markings, it should be black shoulder pads instead of red, with a yellow chapter icon.
Vanguard Marines have the Blood Ravens chapter badge on their belt buckle.
Imperial Guard Cadian Guardsmens squad have chaos rising armour for the guardsmen and retribution armour for their sergeants.
Sternguard and Vanguard Sergeants should have a red helmet with a white stripe.
Blood Angels Veterans and commanders should have gold helmets.
For Saim-Hann the Black and White should be swapped. For example their Farseer has a Black Helmet when It should be white.
