Ladder / Calling out "unranked" just when your about to lose

Hi Mods,
I am quite annoyed. Playing against this Arctic Frenzy guy who trash talks (see) As I am about to win, he then types"unranked" into the chat.
Surely the game still counts? Is there a rule against this?

I think it has to be said within first minute or so for it to count, otherwise it should count as a ranked game.

Such poor ettiqute. I checked Artics logs - he does it EVERYTIME, just before he loses.

It's in the log... It's ranked.
Like said above. You have to state unranked in the first couple of mins. Otherwise it gets logged anyway by the system.

It is possible to remove games from the ladder afterwards but you have to report the game to Lulgrim or whoever with a valid reasoning.

Yeah, I remember that guy getting his panties in a twist over losing some 3v3s so this doesn't really surprise me. What is it with WSE players and being salty?

If this is true then the plot has certainly thickened. Artic/Kickin GRUDGE MATCH?
And because I want people to ask, yes, I would be willing to sponsor a Wanted on this. I haven't offered up prizes for stupid reasons in quite a long time.

IM willing to back ArcicFrenzy his only ever unranked later in the match 2 times on the 1v1 esl,
RiceMuncher is being a bit over reactive but i checked all the chat from ArcticFrenzy esl 1v1 games back to December last year.

Rice Muncher ain't Kickin. Rice muncher was a high lvl SM player way back and now he has been doing games again.
And dunno about overreacting. Calling out unranked just when you are about to lose is a bitch move.

Judging by the match log (the game you posted the screenshot of is not in there) Kickin used the unranked option in the way its intended and announced it in the first minute to clarify its just a practice game. That is the reason why it worked.
You on the other hand try to save your stats by calling "unranked" when you realize you are losing. Which is a completely different cause.

Grudge matches, revenge matches, more matches whatever you wanna call, it im all for the fun.
Its self projective to start thinking that i dont like losing, actually i perceive those moments as the funny ones, its like i was speeding up in and slowly the windows started cracking, pipes starting to be tore apart, i was pushed into seat more and more and still able to have control (expressionally).
Also guys who used to be always one step in front of me like lindonin in old days, mine chaos vs his eldar, and yet i was only slowly losing getting one punch after another.

Alright, well its not like you cant back this claim by fightin kickin. Or lets just all fight each other instead of writing on forum
note: Whether the match is completed is not dependant on gametime "unranked" is typed, but on willingness of opponent to finish the game with bot. Didnt care back then enough to try this option, if kickin wanted to do it this way i said, lets do it this way.

In general, why don't we play FFA? It is fun unless it is a 2000 vp game.
