Twitch is not sure who did the "hack" or who exactly was affected but as a precaution Twitch has forced everyone to reset their passwords, and regenerated Stream keys.
here is how to find your stream key:
1) Go to your dashboard
2) Click on stream key
3) click "Show key" and Ctrl+C the key, all of it
4) Paste the Stream key in to OBS or your favorite streaming software
The connection between youtube and twitch accounts was also severed just incase. you'll need to reconnect your Twitch to your youtube account again in order to upload your streams to youtube.
