Hi all,
First sorry if this is already stickied etc somewhere but could find it.

So used to play this quite a bit when it first came out and would love to get back into it. I think I have most of the info but just wanted to check;

1. Ive D/L the Elite mod. 2.9.7
2. Im on the discord server - set role as "the cat"? for noob games so i can get a feel for this again
3. Ive set up a profil on here 9obv)
4. Lookd at the ESL page and tried to Join (http://www.dawnofwar.info/esl/register) but when I add my profile and steam URL is doesnt work??
5. Ive D/L the ESl reporter tool

Is that me - can I just join and play against people now and its all recorded etc?

Yes, you can join and play against people and it's all recorded.
Once you have your profile, in the upper right corner, make sure your settings are at "rate my games by default".
You need to run the ESL reporter separately every time you star DoW2: Elite.
You need at least 1 recorded game before you can link your profile.

Got a recorded game now. cant access my profile on the web which is annoying...but ill figure it out.

Keeps aying invalid forum ID, im using this, is it wrong?

Could be that you need 10 posts or something first.
Someone from the web team might know.

I had this problem because I dectivated on the website that my games will be recorded. It's on the main page. In the upper right corner there is your profile name. When you click on it, there is one button. Activate it so it rates your games by default. I had it off by mistake and I had the same problems as you. Maybe/hopefully this helps you.

checked and its ticked to rate games. the Steam ID works fine its just not recognising this forum ID, maybe its like you said I need a few more posts or something.
