BillyG is retired. He just sits around giving away all his money nowadays.

Anyways, I decided to try it since I get it for free. They try to cram so much junk in there. Spent my first 20 minutes uninstalling garbage like Onedrive and TikTok.

Elite Reporter isn't working. Says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP1000.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.".

I had the same problem after upgrading my windows 7 (or was it 8 ?) to windows 10.
Had to properly reinstall windows 10 from scratch to fix it.

Good lord. Never... EVER... get something early from MS unless you don't care if it works. You are an alpha tester, gl with that

I have no idea how all of this realy works but I had a similar problem after installing WIN10 again. What helped me was this: https://www.dawnofwar.info/forum/viewto ... =13&t=9805

idk if it's worth a try or gives you any hints.

Tried clean installing my clean install and it didn't work :o

FuFu ended up being right about the C++ redistributable. I downloaded an older 2010 version of it and reporter is working now.

The UI looks better than 10 and I haven't had any major bugs. Just some small things I could solve with a restart. It's mainly the truckload of junk that is there by default. Even after I uninstalled all the junk some of it came back so I had to uninstall again. Some junk can't even be uninstalled and has to just be hidden.

Win 11 has a problem with AMD CPU's apparently so avoid it if you have that.

I had the same problem with the .dll files recently with Windows10 so it's not an Windows11-exclusive feature.
