- It is possible to donate prizes for the tournament via cash or in form of steam games. If you wish to donate prizes for the tournament, leave posts detailing what you wish to donate and that will be the end of the procedure.
- The organizer will contact the donor after the tournament to discuss means of transferring prizes to members of the winning team of the tournament.

2. Sign Up Procedure - Open to all skill levels
1. I want to sign up alone
- Make a post below with
1) Your Steam ID
2) Your >>> 3 Commander Choices OR Only Random
- On the day of the tournament, the organizer will assign you a teammate and a team name. You can check who is your assigned teammate at one of the Participant Lists posted below. Keep on refreshing those pages because they change a lot due to last minute sign ups.

3. What to do on the day of the tournament
1. Be present in the Steam Group Chat of the MRT steam group
- Group Name: DoW II Elite Monthly Rumble tournament!
- Group Link: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/dow2emrt
- In order to enter group chat, simply visit the link above and hit "Enter chat room" through a logged in Steam account.
- Do not turn off group chat because major announcements will be made there such as which room to enter.
2. Download and turn on ESL Reporter

3. Follow assigned referee or streamer's instructions
- He or she will personally contact you through steam. You need to be in group chat in order for this process to work.
- The list of referees and streamers can be found at the bottom part of this sign up page.
4. What to do when you cannot make it to the tournament after signing up or have to leave during the tournament
- Following below procedures is extremely important because other players participating in the tournament will suffer various inconveniences due to organizing delays caused by not following those procedures.
1. I cannot make it to the tourney after signing up
- Firstly, edit the sign up post to show that you can no longer participate.
- Secondly, directly message the organizer through either steam or discord.
- If you do not have access to your computer, use SMART PHONE APP for steam or discord to message the organizer.

10. General Info & Rules
Format:
Victory Point Control: 500 VPs
Starting Location: Random
Resources: Standard
- The tournament will be played in the 2 v 2 format
- The tournament will be welcome to All Skill Levels.
- The tournament will be played on the 2.9.1 patch.
- It's going to be a single elimination tournament and we'll play as many signups as possible.
- All the matches will be best of 3 except the finals which will be best of 5.

11. Rusty & New Bracket Rules
- There will be a separate bracket for rusty & new players.
- All the rules of the main tournament applies the same way.
- The number of teams allowed in are limited to 4.
- This limit is increased to 8 if there are 8 teams of rusty and new teams available.
- There is only Qualifiers Round in Rusty & New Bracket. The rest of the rounds are duds.
- Winning teams of the Qualifiers Round will secure a spot each in the main bracket. They are always placed in one of byes when possible.
- If there are less than 4 teams in the main tournament, Rusty & New Bracket is dismantled and all of its participants gets transferred to the main bracket to compete.
