We haven´t had a single day tourney for quite some time now so lets get one started:

RULES:

1v1 Location: Random Resources: standard VPS: 500
Please run the esl reporter and log the match as tournament game by writing L at the start of the game
There wont be a losers bracket.
I´ll keep the challonge bracket updated:

Seeding will be randomed.
Matches will be bo3 and Finals will be bo5

Map pool: We are going to use a website to pick and ban maps: How a example of this looks like can be found here https://www.aoe2cm.net/draft/oSLRB.
The actual links to the map pick and ban site will be distributed before the tournament starts.
The map pool consists of:
- Lugganath Glacier
- Sector 95
- Selenon Island
- Ice Station Obelisk
- Ashes of Typhon Redux
- Solstice Plateau
- Tiamets Paradise
- Doom of Tularis
- Imperial Plaza
BO3: P1 Ban P2 Ban P1 Ban P2 Ban P1 Pick P2 Pick P1 Ban P2 Ban ;last map open gets auto selected as tie breaker map
BO5: P1 Ban P2 Ban P1 Pick P2 Pick P1 Pick P2 Pick P1 Ban P2 Ban ;last map open gets auto selected as tie breaker map
This might sound more complicated than it is at first. With the website its really self explainatory

The maps will be played in the order you pick them in.

Hero pick:
You can pick any Hero you want and you only have to announce your picked faction (not the hero)
ONCE THE FACTION HAS BEEN PLAYED BY YOU, YOU CAN NO LONGER PICK ANY HERO OF THAT FACTION (your opponent can play factions that you played tho)
Random Pick: random is allowed but you have to stick to the random pick for the entire series

Who picks first?:
This will be simply decided by a coinflip: - heads: Player in slot 1 picks first -tails: Player in slot 2 picks first
After that the winner of G1 picks first in the next match.

Prize Pool:
-40 € from ~FuFuHunt3r <3
-20 € from ~Kickin <3
Prizepool split; 40€ to 1st place/ 20€ to 2nd place

Sound bug:
try to inform yourself on discord to minimize the chance of soundbugs.
In case a soundbug still occures;
If the game hasn´t passed the 5 min mark its a draw
After that if both players cant agree on a clear winner or a rematch We will judge the outcome together.
Keep in mind that a player with a lead can NEVER win via Soundbug. Its always a rematch.

@Gordian lol it's a nod to skill level. I'd rather fight the harder players first instead of wasting time on easier players to be defeated later. Honestly am tired of fighting though; at least that's how i feel in this moment. Count me in tentatively but definitely have a backup player ready if I don't show.
