Frozen Lag - any idea why ?

Hey guys,
Maybe someone had a similar problem as I do.

During the game ( mostly I noticed it on 3v3) I do get something like frozen lag. Game is completely stopped I can command my squads neither rescue them with X which is not working.

Well, this makes the game unplayable...

Any idea?

I don't think my PC is slow, I did not have those problems before ( like 4-5 years )
