I'm getting a game-breaking bug since I've come back to this mod and installed version 2.9.1:
As soon as an online match starts, the game seems to run smooth but my units refuse to move or take any action, no matter what I do. Then, a few seconds later, they carry the movement or other action out. Like I'm playing with an incredibly high ping, but the rest of the game seems to run smooth.
Then, after a short while, the game freezes for 5-10 seconds and then instantly catches up on those lost seconds.
After that, my units respond somewhat directly, but after a minute or so the delay gets worse and worse until it freezes again and finally does catches up again in rapid fashion.
My internet connection is fine (tested on https://www.speedtest.net/ ) and my in-game FPS is a constant 60 (off-line games have 0 issues)
Anyone else getting this bug?

Re: Units refuse movement/stuttering
if it is a glitch or you have lost control of sth like a walker (which is a known bug) simply press "S" (i think,i use custom key so might be different) to stop the movement of the said unit. other than that, it might be a connection problem, since i have experienced that in the past; got the same situation as u described and i am 90% sure it was a net problem (latency i presume).

I'm afraid pressing S to stop doesn't work, not a single input works. I even spam X to make them retreat, but nothing happens. Well, a few seconds later, when the game freezes and then rapidly catches up. But by then my units are dead since they just keep walking foward.

This is Internet Provider problem. Solution depends upon why this is happening.
1. Internet Provider is affected by global accident that has something to do with cutting connection to your local region.
- Countries that has access to global servers via sub-terrain or under sea cables are often affected by events that disturbs such connections such as earthquakes that damage those cables or any other events that may damage the cables. When this happen, your connection within the country will be fine but anything that has to do with global servers would be slowed down until the damage is repaired.
2. You are located within country that does internet censorship.
- China is well known for this. They don't have problem in internet speed and hardware infrastructure but because their government is watching every packet that goes in and out of the global servers from China, any website or function that has to do with global server stutters out while the connection within the country is fast.
- The only solution is use of VPN. It is also possible even when using VPN, you are only able to use it without lags during certain time slots within the day.
- It is also possible that VPN you use may go out of commission after a certain period of time.
3. Internet Provider for some reason has no direct access to global servers.
- In South Korea, there are 3 different internet providers which are SKT, LG and KT. Out of those 3, only KT has direct access to sub-terrain and under sea cables that leads out of Korea towards global servers. It has been reported several times in Korean community that players will suffer same lag problem as you do when using other Internet Providers beside KT.
- You will need to shuffle Internet Provider to see which one doesn't give you this problem.
- Unfortunately, it is entirely possible that there is no Internet Provider within your region that has direct access to global servers.

Impreg has covered it all quite conclusively there. This is a typical packet-loss problem. Your connection.
