This what happen after I try to launch it, no idea what happen, Few versions, ago I was able to play without problems

Both, Elite folder and Elite module are inside the DoW ll - retribution folder

Hmm could have been an antivrirus issue upon download if it's installed in the proper location? I think we might need information to help you. Could you share a screenshot of exactly where Elite is installed right now? Maybe also the files with the Elite folder?
