Connection to the steam servers lost. ONLY IN DOW2

i have perfect connection to every other thing besides Dawn of war 2. Elite mod? NOPE. Vanilla game? NOPE. everything else is working fine. i have restarted everything about 5 times. turned off every Antivirus i have. still nothing. Does anybody have any experiance with this and can help?
