Modding Campaign Gear

Hi all. I've gotten back into Dow 2 Retribution for the campaign and have tried the campaign wargear mod that's out there. It unlocks a lot of wargear for use at the start so it's essentially a cheat mod. However, I realized that for the Eldar, the mod creator somehow made it so that you never get the accessory for 'Destructor' skill. Since it's an accessory that you start with, you are never able to get the skill while using this mod.

The mod itself is just an SGA file that edits what items you start with after the first mission of each campaign. I've tried using the DK SGA Archive GUI and SGAReader to edit the lua file to add the destructor accessory back into the mod but I seem to be failing at getting the edited mod to register. Perhaps I am doing the packing part incorrectly? Does anyone have any experience with editing/making SGA files?

I modified the eldar .lua file and packaged everything up with a little tool I made here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1748
