Is it possible for custom badges to be included when recoloring an Elite skin?

I changed it to:
teamTex = "1",
badge1Tex = "SM_Bloodangels",

to this:

teamTex = "1",
badge1Tex = "badge:monika_chibi_by_anjasx4d-dbt0s8q.png",

Yet for some reason it's not working. I just based it on the playercfg.lua to get the badge
