Chaos for novice

Hi everyone!

I am a novice in dow2 elite. I tried all races and chose Chaos. Mainly I play 3v3. I watched Indrid casts and read Codex. Could you please answer several questions?

1) As I can undestand from games I should split my army attack each enemy squad with my own. So how do you control these squads? Quickly switching between them with 1,2,3 ...? I feel controling 3-4 heavy units is harder then a blob of orks. But orks die faster. How does it possible to control a lot of squads? I have tried tyranides. It took me 5 minutes.

2) Why do they always rush T2? A liitle usage of havocs and raptors.

3) Dealing with foe superunits.
