It can't hit a moving target, just keep your tank moving.
Should have no problem with Eldar to keep him away from it anyways as stated above already by Nurland.
Power fist is 200/50
Teleporter is 100/40
That is 300/90 alone already in 2 wargears without having an armour.

I think you are still mixing up "detection" and "infiltration".
Infiltration only gives you 20% ranged damage reduction.
There is also no indication that being spotted by detectors or just by keen sight (coming to close to an enemy units) would negate that buff.

As far as I know not every SM player gets advanced infiltration on his scouts. Nor does every Ork play the KN. Nor does every Chaos plays the Sorcerer. And then I still don't see how that would counter anything :p Unless you mean get detection? Which isn't always the case like you make it out to be....

Why is there a lot of AV in Tier 3? If you didn't get a dreadnought or RB in Tier2 your opponent probably won''t have a random lascannon or any hard av like that. Capillary towers spawn units without problems on unkillable locations.
The Icons for the units tell you how long it will take for the units to build
but they don't show you the normal build interface as in HQ.

You lost your sternguard only because 1. You Iqnored the nuke while it was pounding the ground. And 2. You got very unlucky having your squad blobbed on one model, leading to its demise when one pinpoint blast it it. (Can be seen in Indrid's replays) I did not ignore the nuke, I kept moving forward...

CSM AC really doesn't need to be buffed for the most part. Maybe a decrease in pop or upkeep, but definitely no change to the performance.
