IMO the way to go against that ranger heavy build is to gear up against... banshees. With bionics and MCB your TM is basically shee-proof, so the only units that threaten your TM are the DA squad and the warlock. If i am not mistaken a Health Regeneration of 1.0 transfers to 10 hp/s so you might want to adjust your calculations there Bahamut.

In the FC's weapon section it is stated that he wields Powerfist + Boltpistol but it should be Powerfist + Plasmapistol.

As a general thumb rule go for Rangers first and the shuri afterwards when you see your opponent has 2 or more scouts.

The LG is pretty decent in melee comabt for a ranged hero, he has 950 hp, can reinforce on the field and does 22 melee dps with his starting retinue.

I do not think this is needed.

The Mek and the Knob counter set-up teams by themselves right out the gate which is a big blow for orks of course. Warboss does not add anything here besides flanking/AWD+Angry Bits/Bosspole etc. Furthermore the Mekboy adds mobility by his teleport helping to achieve map control and maybe even more ...

Well Chaos Lc Terminators are only 620 req so I left that out ;)

So You want to add a Terminator variant that

1. will probably win 1v1 against lc terminators due to their ~6000 hp

2. serve exactly the Same Function as lc terminators

3. Even cost less power than lc termis?

There's one thing i don't like about the LC is that neither carapace armor or bionic eye increase the hp of the comissar, not even by 100 Ogryms seem a tad too expensive (90 power!!) for their stats but i guess there's a reason for that And also, the damn bug (i hope it gets fixed, shouldnt be too ...

As far as I remember the LCs Carapace Armor provides supression immunity after execution, though it is not mention in its description. Fixed it.
