I use the arrow keys a lot, it is a very bad habit of mine. I'll use hotkeys at the start of the match to queue my first unit and movement orders, but after that, it is rare that I will use hotkeys.

I have made a promise to myself that I will start using hotkeys when Dawn of war 3 comes out.

I used to only use the mouse as well and I had switched to use hotkeys. It really does help and you can pull off certain strategies that you couldn't by just clicking. Putting on grid keys, hitting the squad numbers up to 6, and then clicking for everything else, including clicking upgrades, really...
