yes the idea is not rly useful or needed, cos u can do different builds.
devas are not ,tacticals', the small decision doesnt hurt rly
but the advanced targeting is very good, and underrated i think just now

This thread reminds me of the time I wished for Tacs having access to Melta Guns. Is it time for such a thing to be considered once again? i dont see how melta is viable on tacs, when u have better weapons now for him (and u can change it+sterns), and melta weapon need also mobility, totally useles...

vengeance rounds are a pretty good trait Imo because it gives you soft av and increased damage on demand while still keeping its suppression in the same unit. Granted it's not too hard to get around vengeance unless you are using a lib ($$$) to support it, but it does force the enemy into reacting ...

just to reply about the new idea of devas upgrade (subzero in other topic) it is very questionable since SM has very easy transition into AV in T2 and very potent.(ASM,Tacticals,Wargears) and vengeance rouds still light AV good vs early vehicles, while countering infantry. so there is no big restric...

u forgot to mention counter in T1 suppression immunity (abilities, commander trait) which helps standard weapons (piercing dmg) work against them or global Flare and Vengeance rounds for devastator as ,trait' which is the best when u face a commander or army with suppression or KB immunity/resistanc...

Banshees have ~170 hp per model apart from the 200hp exarch and SC have 500 hp per model.
