Chaos spike damage comes from presenting new threats (in the form of upgrades and new units) to the enemy to reckon with I think. Purifier justicar casts psychic field repeatedly if knocked down whilst in animation. Damage appears to stack in that area of nope.

To bring it back to OM vs Eldar, in T2 the strike squad justicar can energy burst the banshees to prevent from coming in for a little while, how significant is this?. Also, is one DR (along with the stuff in t1) sufficient to stop say purifiers with Ward (with a charging BC too)

I'm not too sure about the time, but I'm quite certain the costs should not be directly reduced to 9 and 6 respectively to take into account of the chances of over-reinforcing. The example I thought of is: currently, with one leader, the probability of over-reinforcing once is 20% (by my estimates)...

I guess that would be possible? Would mean their reinforce time would also need to go down or they would reinforce slower. With 1 leader to 1,2 secs per model and with 2 leaders to 0.8 secs per model. With 1 leader it should cost 9 req per model and with 2 it should be 6 req per model. Would be a b...

Because purgs are being purchased in T1 and are scaling beautifully into T2, I think that the rhino las cannon needs to have a much more penalizing purchase cost. The other thing I like about him is his small foot print. I try to keep him under a tree or near objects and alot of times people don't seem to notice him. A great option and almost always build. - What is with the Psylencers and inferno damage? And Interceptors getting 3 of these is just awkward. Can any one confirm this? It may be that interceptor psycannons were tied to strike's "psycannons" and are now psilencers. I tested it on AI game and it seems that interceptor psycannons...

On paper, Phase Shift was a versatile tool to be used in a variety of interesting ways. I guess you could always just make all the crewmen for a HWT have the same weapon range as the main supression weapon.
