Re: Proposing IG Rocket Run Nerf
I agree with Forest about Nukes. Their 500 Red which in itself is pretty damn expensive and therefore should really deliver something that can give you an edge or tip the scales

Re: Double Tac
Only way to properly counter Scout Sniper spam is with a quick transport.
ASM's would just be kited while the enemy commander kites something else or FF's the ASM.
Idk about whirlwind vs sniper spam though I would like to give it a try.

Re: Company of Heroes 2 DLC's
That's the problem, I can't seem to find the initial price for Opposing Fronts upon release.
The thing that's making me pissed here is how ridiculous DLC's are starting to be.

Re: Patch 2.3.1 (Tentative balance changelog preview)
Those combos are pretty expensive to invest in and are not that easy to pull off, hence why they tend to do so well. I can't think of any risks in using gates, but I can think of how to counter them. Gates are commonly found on the edges of the map or locations where units normally don't pass throug...

Their usually on sale during the festive seasons. Mind you they added 3 new companions in-game along with voice packs and portraits for character creation. Other than that, I hear it's pretty much the same old BG.

Re: Cost efficiency of SM tacs and health of scouts
Depends. Usually if it's a normal or shotty scouts, I don't bother attacking them unless they force melee or run straight to my Tacs. If it's sniper scouts, I make sure they retreat no matter what.

Re: Patch 2.3.1 (Tentative balance changelog preview)
make drop pods invisible ..50 req and allow it to transport army instantly across the map.. and since it is not eldar..lets not give it any abilities as that will make this blatantly broken feature even more so.. no reinforcement ..no army..just a drop pod drops and then acts like a webway gate... ...

Re: Patch 2.3.1 (Tentative balance changelog preview)
I don't get why people say that the previous Drop Pod (reinforce and reinforce point) was so bad. Yes, the pod was niche, but that's just fine. When you retreat and have a lot of model losses but no squad wipes, your eco as a SM is gone. The Drop Pod solved this. 100 req - 200 Zeal and you were goo...

Re: Patch 2.3.1 (Tentative balance changelog preview)
I would like nothing more than to have the original drop pod back. Still, the 200/0/100 drop pod in the new patch could prove beneficial if you find yourself in need of some sustained Ranged firepower. Or if you derp and lost your Tacs early, it won't spell gameover for you. Then again, I spend most...

Re: Cost efficiency of SM tacs and health of scouts
1. Scouts: I know scouts are infuriating as snipers..so please nerf their health when they take a sniping upgrade. But otherwise..this three man low health low damage output squad is a big reason sm has it so difficult. If their health and damage is buffed a little bit..they will have a much better...

Ty Riku ^^
Should prolly get you that gift asap as a reward ey
What I usually do.
I tend to get 2 scouts if the opponent plays conservatively and makes me attack him rather than the other way around by (de)capping points etc.

Who's your hero?
Also, Dark Reapers are supposed to be good against SM units cause of their Heavy Infantry armour
