I like the idea of PC having ranged upgrade. Though he would need an armor to synergize with that. The weapon itself seems a bit underwhelming for a T3 weapon with 150/50 cost.

Well the mod is designed primarily to balance 1v1 iirc. So yes it does change things that it performs ok in 1v1 as it should. Mmm. Gm squad that has been getting luled by immolate, lamers or gaynade launchers, etc AoE will probably get owned pretty fast & bad by the Cloud. I can agree on that one.

Pretty much the only destructors i've dodged by worshipping have been as Lulgrim pointed by guessing when it's coming and worshipping the squad based on a hunch.

It is possible to dodge destructor with worship like grenades but dodging a destructor is a lot harder. It requires very good awareness as the reaction time is short. It would be hard to balance as there are some balance issues still without adding the crap load of balancing to do a new faction brings with it.
Not to even mention that somebody would have to make all models and animations, voices etc for the faction(s).

I prefer the cautios approach in implementing new things to the mod as balancing it out can be quite difficult and all the added stuff has not yet been completely balanced out. And yes I do believe that balance should be considered before just adding shit to the mod.

Well since mobility is already a problem against eldar in 1v1 I personally dislike the idea of them having one more highly mobile unit that excels in harassment.

Well increased health regen should be pretty self explanatory. Less recieved courage damage means that stuff doesn't get suppressed as fast. At least according to my understanding.

Actually DD is 250/60 I remembered it got 20 power price reduction from retail but it was 10 at least according to Kvek.

Well I think RB extra armor costs the same and gives 200hp. RB does have more dps but it is more expensive to begin with and trukk is faster and can carry more squads iirc.

That Ripper drop made it so that in order to put pressure on TB fex you needed practically 3 ranged av squads since it spawns rippers, you can drop rippers and it has the charge to get in rather quick. Well Genestealers would be absolutely worthless. Well not absolutely worthless but without the synapse buffs since they would bleed like there is no tomorrow. They would be too easy to focus down. With melee synapse though they are pretty awesome.

Yes. 50 dps power melee with 40% reduction is 30dps while plaque sword still does 50dps (gang bang hammer does 45 dps melee to units with melee resist). It does almost as much dmg as lightning claws.

Well it is the highest dps melee weapon against melee squads in T1 (If I did my math correctly). So that should justify the cost. Still I do agree that waiting for the fist is generally probably the safer bet.
