All I can really say is that the sorcerer got shit on by the neft to tics.

If I could only choose one thing, it would be for the tics to regain some melee damage and doomblast damage with the purchase of the AC.

Don't know which weed you guys smoke, but hellfire rounds are THE reason to buy or upgrade to sterns. Provides a really good commander counter and also deals with those pesky melee squads that you don't have a bonus against normally (sluggas, banshess, stormboyz, genestealers, etc). I will retest stikkbombs at some point.

The best suggestion was actually to give it a universal snare of 25%. Just like what the banewolf used to have. It makes perfect sense as this allows the dread to retain AV ability even though it loses melee resist with the flamer, and also makes the dread into a much more reliable melee screen.

Not sure if my gripe is the population, but I always feel like phase shift comes way too early and often (after a huge range teleport). Maybe an energy increase on that would be good.

Your starting unit cannot be used in any fighting capacity at all without spending power. Are you talking about scouts? No... scouts have half the dps of tacs and less than half the cost.
