Since GK have now multiple AV options it's now time to remove Paladins from the HQ and shift them to the global bar as a call in. With red cost. The retreat problem I would address as following: Give them one retreat and not more. You have to choose wisely when you play this card.

The CSM dread autocannon is fine. You might think the DPS isn't very high but it does good damage to vehicles which is a big plus. You can force melee and the Dread is firing while chasing T2 vehicles. If the big guns are fielded in T3 it's time to get some marks on your dread.

That last motherboard is mATX. They are all H97 too, I'd spend a little extra and get Z97. Allows overclocking and multi-GPU configurations.. Well the I5 4690 isn't for overclocking. Therefore a the Z97 chipset isn't necessary. Other story if he wants to buy the K edition. You have to ask yourself ...
