Re: Britain has voted that it wishes to leave the European Union!
Firstly note bold - now now, let's try and at least be somewhat subtle with our biases haha. I'm almost certain no tory politician gets into politics so they can make the rich richer and put down the poor further... If you follow any individual one through there lives (many of which are actually wo...

Re: Trident A massive war hasn't happened for a while, good to prepare? Okay so what future situation are we looking forward to getting some utility out of them? Re: Britain has voted that it wishes to leave the European Union!
Besides, he ALREADY compromised his ideals for the political game. In the debate, he argued that there are pros and cons to being the EU, which there are. But he's already the most eurosceptic Labour leader for a while, yet he figured that it was overall in our best interests to remain for now. That...

Re: Britain has voted that it wishes to leave the European Union!
It's amazing how my perception is completely different to yours. Let's start with Theresa May. Yeah, she plays the political game better, but she's also a disingenuous bitch whose voting record proves that she's all talk about helping the poor while she will probably preside over another period of t...

Re: Stormtrooper hellguns seem to hit secondary targets
Wow scatter isn't a well understood mechanic? It's most obvious to see when you're playing on something like Typhon Arena at the bottom and you all focus fire one squad, and other squads blobbed up around that one target also takes some damage. Prevents said target being eviscerated in about 10 seco...

Re: A Numerical Comparison of Plasma GMs vs Plasma Kasrkins
For balance's sake, I don't think other player's unit being leveled up should be a consideration. Balance between units should not factor in level assumptions (imo). I don't strictly agree with this principle... for example, a big part of KCSM's strength is that often they come in at level 2 or hig...

Re: Catachan Devils-Why are they good in Close Combat?
Yes, my derpy ass now understands why you would keep a high melee skill. But I still believe you shouldn't have them going head to head with melee squads. Use them to be buffers and disrupt and tie down the melee units while your ranged units blast them. There are plenty of ways to keep them an ant...

Re: Catachan Devils-Why are they good in Close Combat?
This is a classic example of what happens when you consider lore and fluff to be primary and superseding balance and game design choices. Catachans, when IG were introduced, were intended to be a utility unit, but also it was intended to be their counter to melee squads in melee... e.g. ASM and bans...

If these things gave improved % regen for commanders, you'd have the fun of trying to force off a CL or HT supported by beacons protecting these beacons from flamers ad infinitum pretty much.
Fun for days.

I wonder if anyone remembers DOW2 release when everything was shiny as all hell, you could almost see your reflection in the SM epaulieres. Then they toned it down massively in ?CR? I think? My 2 cents: People were complaining about the colour palette of Diablo 3 before it came out, I think it worked in helping highlight the clusterfuck of shit that happened on screen. Long story short, I appreciate that people don't like it, but I'm willing to reserve judgement until I see it in game o...

Re: Why can't Empyreal Abyss destroy buildings?
I dunno how you use your Abyss's but I've always thought of it as one of the better and more reliable nukes. Just stick it underneath a vehicle when there's blobbing happening, and there's no way for a retreating army to avoid lots of imminent losses. You can't just put it in an army's retreat path ...

Alright I'm a little bit sick and tired of people taking jabs at those who express minority opinions when they've done nothing wrong.
Gorb is allowed to hold such opinions. Are they against the rules? No. So get off your high horse.
Next time I see this kind of thing happen I'm giving warnings.
