I use Dark reapers for two purposes. To lash out tons of inferno damage upon the enemy and use the rocket barrage thingy to disrupt the enemy formation in order to get my banshees into 'em. They are a bit of an odd unit atm. Very effective at what they do but IG players usually want Leman Russ' when they hit T3 and the rest of their pop is taken up with upgraded Guardsmen and whatever they got in T2. Indeed... the warptalon looks odd. But considering what one can use to craft em. well. I say its well done, however I believe that makes a good starting point of molding a warptalon model like someone did to new Dark Reaper models.

As long as they are modest. Nothing that says "im better than you". But rather something like "The Warmaster, Lord General, Chamber militant, Sigilant, Herald of Twilight etc...

Ogryns and spotters could use new portrait in DLC and in regular models in the game.
And if you make ogryn bone ead portrait make the bionic eye have shining red light :3
But I'd say you should make one with out mask and the pain over it a mask. that should do it nicely.
