if Retribution still working then it must be your downloading elite wrong I would get rid of all elite form your pc and start from fresh with elite installed

It sounds like to me your talking from retail again atlas zoans were nerf in elite they don't half shot squad's like in retail, their Focused Warp Blast was on way more cool down but still should do no damage and didn't 3 shot transport, cost more power and nid av was only venoms or tg or the ht or ...

I think if you want a frontline walker it should have 1200 hp, more upkeep than 30.6 like 36, sm dread has like 38 same as chaos hell even deff dread has 30.6 upkeep.
Give it some more hp regen like 1 or 1.5,leave the wrathbone in t3 it fine as it is.

Yea the stun sound a lot more balance than some stupid knock back chance which sometimes you cant retreat from also the stun will be abit more useful vs immune to knockback hero's and stuff.

Lets just get one thing straight, their is no squad preservation in this game even the in a interview a while back they don't want it, this was why the retreat mechanic was removed cos keeping your squads alive is a bad thing now.

Seer council are the unit to stand up to an nobz unless nobz are fully upgrade seers should win a toe to toe but then nobz have way more support to make them the best unit in the game and yet you can make more than 1 they didn't need buff and tbh seer get caped then nobz should have been ages ago
