That's true, high powered shot certainly loses effective as the match goes on with leveling and such -> it doesn't scale, yet at the same time it's the highest dps range weapon with full range vs infantry for the TM. I wouldn't shy from a few minor TM tweaks like such.

The vengeance rounds have reduced ROF and range because they are anti-vehicle, they are not meant to be used vs infantry. you use dragonfire bolts vs stuff in cover/buildings, hellfire vs infantry/commanders, kraken vs heavy/super heavy infantry. Huh? The Tdread has 1k hp, the WL has 1.2k hp and is more effective in melee. It's way safer and way more effective to chase vehicles with the WL than the Tdread.
I'm pretty sure the WL w/ BL would beat the Tdread 1v1 too.
