With some more experience with and against this ability here is my opinion: A small damage decrease would be fine. Destructor is reliable but has clear counterlay. Either a bit less damage, or a slightly longer CD or energy cost would be fine. That's about it. And no changes would prolly be fine.

Does the melee charge come with NF, or the Justicar? Your flowchart lists it in both places.
I like the looks of these changes. I'm slightly worried the 25% slow will be a bit much in T1, maybe combine it with Justicar in T2? Well, I'll try it and see!

I haven't been playing much, but here's some quick notes! Is the cost increase AND damage decrease really appropriate for the Fusion Gun? How about just halve the damage bonus on Stubbornness. This is a real big change. Decrease cost mebbe? SS upgrades sound interesting, but have some confusing word...

I happen to think Orks have one of the most interesting and internally balanced T3's. And that Nobz are rather well balanced (after the 2.6 goofs). HI infantry vulnerable to knockback and suppression with absurdly high pricetag after upgrades should tear up in melee. 500/100 + 50/25 + 100/25 + 100/5...

In truth, the game feels like a curious hybrid of not just RTS and MOBA, but of the first two Dawn of War games.
