I think we're drifting away from the original point here, destructor being too effective against tics, and eldar lacking proper detection.

I always thought the damage on the flamer should be increased, and the damage on cleansing flame decreased, as it is now by the time he gets termi armor and flamer there's nothing much that will be damaged by it, you pretty much get it for the ability alone. My suggestion? Use him as a melee command...

Nonsense, you hardly see tics in melee starting t2, between more effective counters, repairs worship and capping, let alone doomblast being a concern for anyone by the time a phobos hits the field.

ehh , it is nids we are talking about , they very same race in which a well executed flank with 1 -2 spore mines can very easily wipe out whole squads of heretics / guardsmen etc. splatter / miasma is deadly vs light units , but it should be its a double investment to counter light invantry blobs. ...

The lascannons really need a faster turn rate, because of the way target priority works every time it moves it will change target to infantry and what not, the turrets are slow enough that by the time you're already in rage of that half dead vehicle again you won't have the time to shoot. If you really want to mention a problem, it's the fact that a great deal of the "control" part of the ability is the time it takes for the unit to land and get up again, making it not very effective if the unit you're using it on is in the middle of a special/sync kill or cannot be lifted,...

I think it's fine, it was too strong in vanilla, maybe it could throw enemies a little farther away, I'd look to other chaos lord wargear instead like daemonic visage, that one needs some help and maul needs a big change, it doesn't currently fit anywhere when you can have claws for 50 req more, you...

Biggest gripe with this ability, the zombies are unupgraded versions of the squad, the global costs too much red, it's not effective against races that have low bleed since it relies on the enemy bleeding to even start showing its effects.

Not so sure how happy I am to make it do passive damage. The way I see it is that the role of the spiky armour is to create a unit that an enemies melee cannot fight, and so this unit can easily engage his key ranged squads. the fist is hard AV. pdev does hard av damage but is about as reliable as soft av. missile launcher is soft av. Lets do a test, somebody will drive around with a razorback, i want to see how pdev will damage it. If the razorback doesn't change course while the projectile is mid air it will hit it.
