Re: Eversor Assassin - Feedback required
I think it's for the best if we leave the commander = leader mindset. Even the current commanders makes much more sense if we view them simply as heroes. So...on the Eversor. Frankly, all of mentioned options could work. Having the Eversor on the same level as Vindicare (and maybe pushing GK libby t...

Re: Grey Knight Librarian's Smite
For most people, double jump would qualify as being able to use 2 jumps in one engagement. Pretty much like dis. Hence ASM are a "double jump unit" straight out of da gate. Fair enough, if you define it like that. I would still argue that 10s is enough time for your opponent's counterinit...

Good job. I'm impartial to the implementation as long as the info is there and is easily readable.
Another thing - is it possible to display info about melee splash damage? Which weapons do it and for how much damage?

That is true. They can also double jump at level 2, unlike raptors which needs level 3.

Re: Bottom Tier Heroes
Well, don't worry about that guys, lots of people did that mistake (Caeltos included). I'm really curious how the termies issue is going to be solved, because as Bahamut pointed out, the "improved" regen is totally worthless. At the same time, making it 10 hp/s faces some problems with Apo...

Cool, thanks! These are already there. Added in the Tzeentch shrine info. My bad, I was looking at the heretics' page, instead of shrines directly. Anyway, a two more suggestion: - There is a reinforcement aura ability, chimera has it, for example. But majority of eligible units don't, like razorbac...

Re: The Codex WIP
Just asking, is the info about the LRR aura correct? The healing is just as strong as Apo's advanced healing (1% of max health every 0,5 second vs. 2% of max health every second). Also is it possible to add some info to chaos shrines? Like how often are the BL spawned, how often do the bolts fire an...

29...just enough I guess. I was big fan of Broodwar back then, so I naturally followed the development of SC2 closely and someone somewhere mentioned DOW2. I tried the campaign and became a fan of WH40K almost immediately. I started playing multiplayer with Retribution and found it much more fun gam...

Re: The force commander and his clothes
No and no. Half a terminator squad worth of HQ on a single entity that can retreat? Lol. No thanks. I would argue that commander armour is much better, but whatever, I'm not really bothered by it. And no it shouldn't be able to swap back to his previous wargears, it's pretty powerful as it is at th...

Re: The force commander and his clothes
What are peoples thoughts on the FC's terminator armor? Because even without a way for him to effectively hit vehicles or infantry (since he soooo damn slow), he scares the living hell out of most of them. And he is very effective at stopping blobs, melee and ranged because of his teleport. Plus he...

Re: Vote for new Librarian Force Barrier
Great, Force Barrier changes!
The first one still seems more flexible, area denial, cap stopping etc. But I can't really decide unless I see the second variant in action.
Are there any videos? I couldn't find anything in the twitch channel.

FC doesn't need any more kicking, he is the hero who suffered the most in Elite. Well, not really from balance standpoint, but from...let's call it uniqueness. Every well designed hero should have something he excels at, something he could do better than all other heroes in the game. Nobody is bette...

Re: GK Global Silence
I meant the energy drain for canticle (wargear), not for excommunication (global). So the new canticle would regen energy of allies and drain energy of enemies in some area. And excommunication would prevent using abilities whatsoever, but also in some area. I also support making the AoE easily dist...

You call them nerfs, I call them balance improving changes.
Orks are still good, maybe still too good.
edit: As for the rocket launcher - detectors are must, problem is the launcher comfortably outranges most detectors (40 range vs 30). If something, I would nerf the range on that thing.

Re: GK Global Silence
Also, seeing as it probably tops the list of most annoying abilities I don't see the point having it on CoA as well (energy regen alone makes it very strong). Maybe the canticle could be changed that in addition to energy regen of allies it would also drain energy of enemies. It would have similar ...

Starting to add the rest of the Tier icons (finally). Space Marines icons are in, check 'em out. Looking good! Could it be added to globals as well? Re: The force commander and his clothes
Heavy infantry armour in T3 is quite a bit worse than commander armour. Almost anything at that point does some bonus damage against it (plasma twice as much!). If you have leveled FC and want survivability, don't bother with termie armour. But it's worth to mention that TFC has some ranged options,...

Yeah, MB with force field is crazy good. Immunity to almost anything (even to being tied up by melee) and 70% ranged resistance on top of it. Good luck forcing him off before he blows up any lighter or heavy but already damaged vehicle.

In my opinion Chaos already has more terminator variants than it should (exactly by three). So a firm no to another.

Re: Patch 2.3 Balance changelog
That's not how basic regeneration works. For armour upgrades etc., you would be right, but not for the base regen. * Terminator health regeneration from 0.5 to 1.0 This, as written, means the termies health regen is changed from 0,5 HP/s to 1 HP/s. Which directly conflicts with how Caeltos explained...

Re: Patch 2.3 Balance changelog
I'd like to ask about the termies regen issue (if it was resolved).
Is the regen going to be 1/0,75/1,25 HP/s, like the patch notes indicate, or 10/7,5/12,5 HP/s, like described later on?

I agree with others in this thread - this ability takes away to much control from the opposing player. Now probably majority of the abilities take away some control, from shotgun blast to levitation field. But their scope is quite limited. Both excommunication and canticle are doing too much. The co...
