I didn't consider that; I tend to prefer the designed look sets come with (designing 1,000,000 mix and match sets to combine in aesthetically-pleasing ways is, imo, impossible) but definitely a good point. My biggest fear right now is the cover.
I guess the current cover system doesn't work with huge armys..., but it was one of the main features of Dow2 and CoH1/2. (Cover created by artillery changes the whole dynamic towards the end of a game.)

We could just remove the Pistol of the Farseer, maybe give her a Spear starting weapon (and thena a not fire on the move Rangedattack that is stronger than the one right now?).

wait, if only one people have the ESL thingy turned on, the game is reported ? In general yes, you would have to write "unranked" for it to be unranked. If you have the Reporter running yourself, you can also set the default to unranked, so it only ranks when you write "ranked"....

Still feel like the snipers are the most dumbest design choice in a game solely revolved on unit preservation and them being available to 2 races only.
