They are supporting unit and a good combat unit. Plus they can disrupt ALOT. If the aura was exclusive and didn't stack it would b possible to limit them to two instead but I doubt people would want that nor does it make a lot of sense here since you want/ need those auras as elder later in the game...

It is rather vague but i think it will also increase incoming damage from all sources. Plus the plasma damage think is not needed imo. Ahhh that makes it super clear.

That info is found in the tuning_info.rbf

There is a last stand tab that has all the information for the heroes such as leveling and ui_info which holds the naming of this and that.

Dow 2 uses UCS files. You cab just chabge a UCS value under squad info that has their name basic description etc.

You are in a -dev mode for the most part. If they want to use the campaign then they just need to remove the launch options.

But units with commander armor already get an increase from the heal on top of what the heal does already. Are you suggesting that it needs an increase? at the max heal commanders get a 550 HP heal. Thinking about maybe seeing if I can't start a dow1 1v1 tourney sometime in the beginning of next year. Would anyone be interested is giving it a try? Would be played on dow1 Soulstorm though as it is the most balanced. With the exception of the Dark Eldar vs SM stuff that's a nightmare.

just so you know the delay could end up effecting team mates. I did this in my mod. There might be a way to make it so the delay only effects the player but I have not figured it out yet.
