Is there a way I can submit results without using the uploader app then? I get a system error when I try to run it and so am otherwise reliant on others to record our results.

Tiers was about the ESL; there was mention of league opportunities for tier 2-3 players next time around.

Can anyone explain the distinction between tier 1-3 players to me?
