The Codex gives upkeep per model afaik, e.g. Termas = 3.825/model and Sluggas 5.1/model. The numbers I wrote are for the squad upkeep. I assume he is talking about the drop pod with a tac squad. 300 req + 100 red for a squad worth 450 req, plus the reinforce point and the disruption upon landing is too cheap imo. Assuming 1 red is worth about 1 red, then 200 red + 300 req, or 400 req + 100 red is a better idea.
