Guardsmen repair for 30hp/s not 40. Only the first GM repairing a unit heals for 20hp/s.

It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to stockpile req. If you are high in req and low in power using the req doesn't make you tech any later so the logic of "I must get AV asap" is fallacious. Not to mention it is pretty bad logic most of the time anyway when there is not already a vehicle...

There's no bug. Zoans are not anti-garrison. Your barbed strangler is a garrison counter but no it doesn't just instantly kill models, just does a good chunk of damage.

Spore mines are the ideal choice though, they will destroy a HWT in it in about 2 eruptions.

The difference in sight range is key to rangers being very powerful snipers. SM snipers are far less independent because they cannot see as far as their max range allows them to shoot. HT TG global works but you still need to seelct a spot to drop the warriors as per before before the TG spawns, that needs changing.

Bio-plasma does have its DoT but the effect is mostly negligible on SUTs, might need more radius to be good vs larger squads.

Ultimately snipers are meant to be better vs the higher hp low model units and worst vs spam races. But kinetic pulse doing such huge splash damage atm runs contrary to that.
