I also did a post on grots: Hey guys, Maybe an idea to add Gretchin to the orks. They can build Waaagh! banners and Ork turrets (since the ork turret isn't really that good anyway). Then the slugga boyz would not be able to build Waaagh banners any longer. I should be a grot's purpose to build banne...

This: I think of meganobz more equal to terminators than normal nobz, I mean true, nobz have 2 more models and can easily handle terminators (not the ones with the claws though) but still, they're just orks and take normal ork damage. Well importing aside, what do you think of the idea. Because I think it's quite unfair to give sluggas a job of repairing while they excel in melee combat. I mean ranged repair units can still shoot when they repair and your sluggas just stand there doing nothing... It really is a grot's job :P The ...

Make them non capping units then, their purpose should be building banners/turrets or a simple repair unit

Dunno if it's the right place to post here,

But if you're going to chance stuff, change mekboy's Waaagh Banner (T) or 'Ave a taste (also T) to a different letter, right now I have to mouse click on a unit I want to use Ave a taste on.

I see meganobz as the equivalent of terminators. I think meganobz would provide tankiness (possibly clankyness) to the ork army. I once already wrote my whole idea for meganobz but that got blown to bits by almost all people xd. The model looks very good indeed, I think this really could be somethin...

You're all forgetting that the purpose of a kommando is to be sneaky and then surprise the enemy with (as you claim) 'tons of damage' His shotgun is a buffed up (ork style though) one, so it isn't only meant for knocking back. Uhm I don't have a replay but you can easily test for yourself, just let your tankbustas get suppressed and cast the ability, you won't be able to retreat once they started

I agree that it is strong, but we should also consider that the ability is made for doing that. What other purpose could you give a massive spiky steamroller? The knockback prevents instant killing on non retreating units as explained, so it's mostly effective on retreating units (which is logical) ...

Yeah it's true that if you get for example attacked in melee by assault marines, mekboy de-setups, even with KFF. On the subject of teleporting though, does it really matter if it's a melta gun or a beamy deffgun that gets teleported? xd Nevertheless, point taken! Maybe i should try the beamy deffgu...
