I know how to make the corpses stay after some unit gets killed, but I'm not sure how to make the blood splatters stay.
I saw this in the Destroyer 40k mod so I know it's possible, I asked the author but so far got no answer. Anyone knows how to make the blood stay?

I think Necrons (and other races) will be sold as a DLC later.
But perhaps they will be in the campaign, but not playable in skirmish.

With all respect to the modeler behind it, the models for the imperial guardsmen just lack in quality and the hands are messed up.
Could you, please, reconsider using the vanilla model?
