u can still transport in 2v2 and 3v3 with an allied transport. U can kill the rhino too, play instead of crying against this suggestion. CSM get a rhino
CSM need a rhino transport with capacity of 1 or 2 units which will not reinforce. Maybe they get it at t1 and upgrade it with vehicle armor at t2. It will be able to can 1 unit or 2 units, even with 1 unit capacity its ok. They need a rhino, what kind of a small skirmish doesnt get a csm rhino ?

FWIW, I think the changing from charge to teleport will be a nerf to GK terminaters (depending on specific values of range, cooldown, time before able to attack etc). CL cant teleport and has less HP than FC with terminator armour who can also teleport so i suggest an increase on CL ARMOR MODIFIER NOT HP is needed.
